Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timeframe, but we are not liable for any delays. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, transportation issues, or supplier delays.
Shipping and handling charges are additional unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. For large or bulk orders, we can arrange special logistics at competitive rates.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged or lost shipments. However, we will assist you in resolving any delivery-related issues.
You must inspect all products upon delivery. Any visible damage, defects, or shortages must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect your ability to make a claim.

Due to the nature of metal products, returns are generally not accepted unless the products are defective, damaged, or not as ordered. All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to our approval. Custom-fabricated products and cut-to-size materials are non-returnable.
If a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange for replacement or credit at our discretion. Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or refund of the purchase price.
We warrant that our products will conform to their specifications and be free from material defects for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper storage, misuse, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN SECTION 8.1, OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HINDUSTAN METAL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hindustan Metal and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without our prior written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
